Retailer Profit Improvement Program

National Retailer, 800 Supermarket Stores, €24BN Annual Sales.

Supporting a major retailers drive to reduce cost from store operations and deliver a series of projects all aimed at improving profit, this initiative transitioned their largest suppliers portfolio of products into shelf-ready cartons.

Supply-chain and P&L constraints were balanced successfully to deliver Annual cost save €2.4M to the retailer.
